Business Development Manager - Toronto and the GTA

We are presently recruiting for the position of Business Development Manager. This is a commission based position.


1) Manage our existing account base. This will involve contacting existing customers via phone, fax, email and in person to increase the percentage of their business we receive.  

2) Develop new business in the Greater Toronto Region. This will involve managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and contracts. This will involve both telephone and in-person contact with potential new customers.  


We are prepared to consider candidates with varying qualifications for this position. The minimum requirements are previous experience in a sales and/or marketing position, a polished and presentable appearance, regular access to a vehicle, computer literacy and fluency (both written and oral) in the English language. Assets would include strong cold calling, prospecting and closing skills,  a diploma or degree in marketing, sales or a related subject, a bachelor's degree from a recognized university (irrespective of concentration) or experience and/or contacts in a field related to law and litigation.
